For over 10 years Caves Realty Yallingup has been the only Real Estate agency located in the heart of Yallingup.

At the end of November 2007 Peter Davies the licensee/director of the company was asked to move out of his premises in Yallingup promptly due to the 2nd stage redevelopment’s happening at Caves House Hotel in 2008.

It’s taken about 6 months for Caves Realty to build their new office, and from the beginning of April 2008 the company opened in Dunsborough at the New Centrepoint Shopping Centre.

As a result of the move Peter thought it was a good time to start fresh with new branding and a new name CAPE REALTY.

Peter is confident about the move and changes made to the company. The exciting new branding being developed will look smart and lift the company’s professionalism.

Both Peter Davies and Wyatt Davies have carried on through to work within the new company. Peter is the Licensee/Principal and director of the company and has been involved in selling real estate for the past 25 years and is highly recognized and recommended by many when it comes to buying and selling. Wyatt is the multimedia expert and takes care of most of the advertising and marketing involved in the business. Together they make a fantastic team partnership and are always exploring new ways and techniques in which they service their clients.

Peter Davies

Hi I’m Peter Davies, welcome to Caves Realty Yallingup. This is my company which I formed over 10 years ago. Previously I spent about 15 years as a sales rep for a few companies in the area and for many years I worked from my home base in Yallingup. I fell in love with Yallingup in the early 60’s when I first ventured down here from Perth on a surfing safari. I’ve spent most of my life here surfing, and enjoying the beauty of the place. I’ve raised 3 great children and now have two gorgeous grandchildren. I’ve travelled extensively and believe that Yallingup is one of the best places on the planet. All my family are here and they love it too. If I can share a little bit of paradise with you I think I’m doing my job.

Wyatt Davies

Wyatt has been working within the company for the last 4 years now. He completed his Real Estate Sales Registration course back in 2004 and began working under the watchful eyes of his father and Ray Nott during the beginning of his career. Whilst Wyatt has made some excellent sales throughout the past, his true skills are within the multimedia and technical side of the business. He is responsible for the construction of the businesses in-house magazine “Yallingup Dunsborough Times” which comes out once a month. He hopes to expand his knowledge in the industry and become more involved in the sales side of the job during 2008.
